This machine is designed for 5–10L water, juice, and oil filling. It combines rinsing, filling, and capping in one unit, made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel. Output is customizable from 400 to 3000 bottles/hour, with Mitsubishi PLC and Weintek touch screen for flexible, efficient control.

This machine is designed for 5–10L bottles of water, juice, or oil, combining rinsing, filling, and capping in one unit. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, it supports 400–3000 BPH and features Mitsubishi PLC control with a Weintek touch screen for easy operation and high flexibility.

The blow molding machine is especially used to produce 5-10L bottles and is widely used to produce any shape of plastic from PET with neck finishes from 55 mm to 100 mm.
Washing filling capping
This fully automatic 5-10L Washing filling capping is designed for purified, spring, or drinking water. Made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, it integrates decapping, brushing (inside & outside), bottle loading, washing, filling, capping, shrink wrapping, and bagging. The rotary filling system with 10 heads delivers up to 2,000 bottles per hour. PLC control ensures high efficiency, stable performance, and hygienic operation.

Bottle Packing Machine
1. Suitable for opening and sealing cardboard boxes of various sizes. If you need to change the size of the cardboard box, you can manually adjust it, and the operation is simple and convenient.
2. The fully automatic grabbing boxing machine is reliable in operation, and the grabbing head is used to charge and exhaust to achieve the grabbing and releasing action of the bottles. Then, through mechanical action, the bottles are accurately placed into the cardboard box from the entire platform.
3. Manually adjust the width and height according to the specifications of the cardboard box; Automatic folding box top cover, automatic tape application up and down, economical, stable, and fast; Equipped with blade protection device.
