This litchi (lychee) juice production line is suitable for bottles of various sizes, from 100ml up to 2000ml, and can be customized to meet different packaging and capacity requirements. The mineral water bottle filling machine is ingerated of pre-treatment system, washing, filling, capping, labbeling, packaging machine,etc… It adopts new technology and new structure, leading the development of the liquid filling and packaging industry.

UHT Sterilization
This equipment is suitable for continuous sterilization of fruit and vegetable juice, tea beverage, milk beverage or similar materials. It can carry out high-temperature instantaneous sterilization of materials and rapid sterilization in a very short time, so as to ensure that the nutritional components of materials are not damaged and lost, and the product color is not changed.
Homogenization Machine
Under the three effects of extrusion, strong impact and decompression expansion, the materials are refined and mixed, the stratification of the materials is prevented or reduced, the appearance of the materials is improved, the color is brighter, the aroma is richer and the taste is mellower.
CIP Sterilization
Cleaning fluid is passed over the product surface to remove product contaminants. CIP does not require the disassembly or removal of equipment.
PET Bottle Blowing Machine
Bottle blowing making machine is to make plastic bottles for mineral water, carbonated drink, juice and so on. It is widely used in the food and beverage package industry
UHT Sterilization System
Heat liquid food and beverages to 137℃-140℃ for 3-5 seconds to kill all bacteria and achieve commercial sterility. The sterilizer can be connected to an aseptic filling machine to achieve aseptic product processing.
Pulp, fruit juice, vegetable juice and other beverage products can all be heat treated with UHT sterilizers to ensure a stable shelf life.
Labeling Machine
We have various kinds of options, like PVC sleeve label, OPP hot glue label, adhesive stick label, cold glue paper label and so on.
Bottle Packing Machine
1. Suitable for opening and sealing cardboard boxes of various sizes. If you need to change the size of the cardboard box, you can manually adjust it, and the operation is simple and convenient.
2. The fully automatic grabbing boxing machine is reliable in operation, and the grabbing head is used to charge and exhaust to achieve the grabbing and releasing action of the bottles. Then, through mechanical action, the bottles are accurately placed into the cardboard box from the entire platform.
3. Manually adjust the width and height according to the specifications of the cardboard box; Automatic folding box top cover, automatic tape application up and down, economical, stable, and fast; Equipped with blade protection device.
