This production line combines blowing, filling, bottle warming, etc, in one unit. It can be used to produce all kinds of carbonated soft drinks, like cola, soda, soft drink, sparkling water, energy drink, carbonated juice, fizzy drink, tonic water, beer, and other gas beverages.
It can work with bottles of different sizes from min 100ml to max 2000ml, and can have a capacity of around 1000- 36000 BPH (≤500ml). We can provide complete line plants from A to Z, also provide turnkey solutions, layout design, bottle design, label design, and provide solutions according to your source water and target product.
Function: washing the bottle inside and outside to remove dust.

Washing Filling Capping
This machine wash empty bottle inside and outside, fill carbonated drinks into PET bottle and close cap, there are different models, different capacity from 1000 bottles per hour to 36000BPH.
Warming Tunnel/ Pasteurization
The filling temperature of CSD is very low, only 1-4 degrees, so need to warm it to normal tempeture, need this warming tunnl, it sprays ambient temperature water can make cold bottle recover normal temperature.It can be designed into different temperature zones. Pasteurize the bottles by spraying hot water.
Dryer
After filling and before labeling, the surface of the bottles needs to be dried with this dryer.
1. High pressure and high air volume
The machine adopts a spider handair duct, high pressure, high air volume, low power, and no heating.
2. Arbitrary Angle adjustment
The machine is adjusted up and down according to the height of the bottle, and the spider hand duct can be adjusted at any angle to dry the bottle from different angles.
3. Brand high-speed fan
The product quality is high, the quality is good, the air volumes are large, the wind pressure is high, and the air drying effect is good.

Our laser marking machines are designed to fit in limited spaces and integrate into a variety of production lines.
Labeling
We have various kinds of options, like PVC sleeve label, OPP hot glue label, adhesive stick label, cold glue paper label and so on.
Bottle Packing Machine
1. Suitable for opening and sealing cardboard boxes of various sizes. If you need to change the size of the cardboard box, you can manually adjust it, and the operation is simple and convenient.
2. The fully automatic grabbing boxing machine is reliable in operation, and the grabbing head is used to charge and exhaust to achieve the grabbing and releasing action of the bottles. Then, through mechanical action, the bottles are accurately placed into the cardboard box from the entire platform.
