This machine is usually used to produce juice, dairy drinks. 2 in 1 filling sealing machine, 3 in 1 rinsing filling sealing machine, and 4 in 1 rinsing filling sealing capping machine are available. normal pressure filling, automatic cover, electric heating sealing and screw cap(optional).Valves, PLC control system, temperature control, photoelectric pneumatic control, and automatic lubrication, etc.
Features:
This machine is a tribloc, combining rinsing, filling capping in one unit, rinsing an empty plastic bottle, filling liquid into the bottle, then closing the cap. It is applicable for producing all still beverages, for all kinds of fruit juice, mango juice, lemon juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut water, flavored juice, tea drinks, coffee drinks, and so on. It rinses empty bottles, fills juice into plastic bottles, and caps them with plastic caps.
It can be filled at both hot temperatures and normal temperatures.
The back-flow system guarantees a hot filling temperature.
The whole process can be hot filling or normal temperature filling. It comes with a foil punching machine to make foil, and electrical heating sealing can seal foil firmly, also can choose screw capping (optional) after sealing. The Valve, PLC control system, photoelectric temperature control, pneumatic control, and automatic lubricating are adopted from Germany, America, Japan, n etc, famous brands.
