Workflow
Firstly, the empty bottles will be fed into the filling main machine; the filling main machine will automatically rinse and reset the empty bottles by turning them over, the rinsing station is generally divided into two kinds of 4-head and 8-head, which correspond to the outputs of 500 bottles/hour and 1,000 bottles/hour, respectively, and the turning rinsing ensures that the bottles inside and outside of the bottles meet the relevant national hygiene standards, and the filling adopts the atmospheric pressure valve with a reflux device with a fast filling speed, stable filling, and no spraying and leaking phenomenon. After the filling is completed, the bottle is capped by a capping or capping mechanism.
