Features:

This is a 5 in 1 monoblc to produce glass bottled juice, it combines disinfection water rinsing, pure water rinsing, steam blowing, hot filling and capping in one unit.
It can produce all fruit juice, hot filling can produce mango juice, lemon juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, papaya juice and other fruit juices. It also can fill at ambient tempture to make flavored beverages, water, tea drinks and other still beverages.
We can customize different monobloc according to customers’ request, 3 in 1, 4 in 1, juice with pulp filling, two different cap closing etc.

1. This juice glass 5 in 1 machine adopts an advanced Programmable logic controller (PLC) to control the automatic running of the machine.
2. The input bottle adopts screw conveying device; the output bottle adopts adjustable speed way, which combines with the transducer of the host machine making the output bottle running more stable and reliable.

The filling machine adopts the structure of feeding glass bottles by feeding screw, automatically flushes the bottles, and adopts the principle of lifting and lowering of the filling valve, so that the whole line conveys the bottles smoothly.

The constant pressure filling principle is used for fixed liquid level filling, and the secondary valve opening technology is used to meet the full liquid level filling process requirements.

The rotary cap adjuster adopts pneumatic cap management, which has the functions of not damaging the surface of the cap, sending a signal for the lack of cap in the hopper, and controlling the capping machine to automatically replenish the cap.

The whole machine adopts man-machine interface operation, German SIEMENS is automatic control technology such as computer program automatic control, frequency conversion stepless adjustment and other automatic control technologies, with low temperature automatic shutdown, automatic control of feeding and reflux, no bottle without cap, lack of bottle Wait, if there is no cover in the cover chute, it will automatically stop and wait for power.
